You do not need to answer everything. Only the questions marked (required) need completing. Fill in what you can and skip the rest. Every question here is one I would otherwise have to ask you by email, so it'll save us both time and hopefully mean my first reply will be a useful one.

I will review the information carefully and usually come back to you within a few working days.

My rate is £100 an hour, usual minimum project five hours.
